About BitterSweet
BitterSweet was never meant to be just another coffee place. It was created for people addicted to flavor, atmosphere, ritual, and comfort.
Find coffee, food and drinks in the menu, and addresses and phone numbers in our branch directory.
Ordering options
Choose pickup, delivery or dine-in, then select a branch. Cash orders wait for the branch to accept them. Staff update preparation and fulfillment status in the dashboard; updates appear on your order page.
Pay cash at pickup, delivery or your table. Phone verification, cross-device accounts and online payments are not active. Order history and rewards are accessible on the device used to order.
Allergies and dietary questions
Ask the branch about ingredients, allergens and dietary requirements before purchasing food. Menu descriptions and illustrative photographs are not a complete allergen list or a guarantee that an item is suitable for a particular diet.
Policies and support
Read our refund and cancellation policy, delivery and pickup policy, terms of service and privacy policy. For an order placed through another platform, contact that platform and the serving branch.
