This website presents BitterSweet in Egypt. Published branch addresses, telephone numbers and the contact email are on Contact us. The registered legal operator and registered office address are awaiting confirmation and must be published before live online sales begin.

Using the preview

You may browse the menu and try the demo using sample information. Demo submissions are not accepted restaurant orders. Simulated receipts, payment results, points and rewards have no monetary value. A device profile is unverified and is not proof of identity or access to another guest's session.

Do not misuse another person's session, submit sensitive information in notes, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and shared session links.

Menu, prices and availability

Menu content comes from the supplied menu PDFs, with prices in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Availability and current branch prices require confirmation. Illustrative photographs may differ from served products.

Demo totals show menu prices, service charge and VAT. Their calculation basis is awaiting restaurant acceptance. Before live purchases, the applicable items, fees, taxes and final payable total must be presented for review.

Future live orders and payments

Cash ordering opens branch by branch when staff enable it. Review your selected branch, items, fees and total before placing an order. Orders require branch acceptance. Pay cash at pickup, delivery or your table; online payments are not active.

A real order requires confirmation by the restaurant's ordering system. A browser redirect or client-side success message alone is not payment confirmation. If the outcome of a charge is unclear, contact the branch before attempting another payment.

Cancellations, fulfillment and privacy

The refund and cancellation policy explains review of order and payment issues. The delivery and pickup policy describes service availability. The privacy policy explains data use and browser storage.

These pages do not remove consumer rights available under applicable law. For purchases through another platform, that platform's ordering and support terms also apply.

BitterSweet's supplied logos, artwork and fonts are used on this website. Their appearance does not grant permission to reuse them. External links lead to independently operated services.
